I think this shows that people looked up to and liked Donald Pleasence so much because not only did he have Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers dedicated after him but also had Hallowen H20: Twenty Years later dedicated after him... Very cool, he deserved it after sticking with the series through thick and thin and it was un-fair that he could not be in H20 the biggest movie in the series.

He had Halloween 6 dedicated to him because that was the last Halloween movie he was associated with when he died.

I'm guessing he gets a dedication in H20 because H20 marked 20 years since Halloween was released. And because Donald P featured in Halloween he gets a dedication.

cheers

Yeah what Gerry said. It was dedicated to him, not named after him.

Yeah, I still can't believe his name is mispelled... so dumb.

Donald is honored in those two movies because he's the man :) If I ran H9, he and Debra Hill would have an honorable mention at the end before the closing credits.

I think they should give Debra some mention in H9.

It's alright, man. We all make mistakes, it's nothing to dwell over really. :)

Exactly. I made a mistake earlier today. I got out of bed.

Yeah, how the hell do you spell his name wrong. That is just disturbing.

It happens. I used to clash with a die-hard fan on the UHMB in several topics and he would relentlessly spell his name wrong, even though I made it deliberately clear of the correct spelling.

You have to be talking about the guy with the Iowa wrestling avatar. I forget his name. I think it was SamLoomis or something like that.

SamLoomis it is...not a bad member actually, just a little too stubborn and...stupid, some times.
