One of the top items I'd like to find and buy is the original misprint videotape of H1 from 1979. Also, I'd like to buy at least one or two of the several Halloween figurines out there. Oh, and let me not forget about the Halloween cassette tapes, especially the original H3 one :D All of these items, even the figurines, are far from easy to find, so it'll take a lot of luck to track them down.

I'd even like to have many more posters, but nothing in particular.

I remember them selling the friday the 13th box set for $80 when it first came out. I was so shocked, I almost said something to one of the stores guys like, "what is the logic behind selling this thing $20, 30$, and in cases $40 more than other places". I realize it's going to be a little more there than at Target, but that set is seriously not worth $80. done with that rant.

BTW Ringu, on the 2nd porch step from the bottom (of your michael/loomis set), is that supposed to be a rolled up newspaper?

I am pretty satisfied with my HalloweeN collection. It's actually Dawn of the Dead stuff that I really would like to have. Anything and everything would be nice (concerning the original only). I'd love to have the set of 4 figurines and a couple of the lobby sets.

I think the only HalloweeN things I would like to get eventually are the bobblehead and the young adult novels. The bobblehead is definitely manageable but those damned novels will never be in my possession. I won't dwell on it since I love all the stuff I already have. I am fairly new to collecting Dawn stuff so that is what I am looking after right now if I can find any.

I wouldn't say that Silverpsycho about the novels.I managed to get a set off ebay last month.True it was just by luck that i happened to come across them but it is possible.

Nice thread Larry

I would have to say anything regarding H2 that is pretty rare.Any rare stills of H2 that includes behind the scene photos. That is really what i'm intrested in.I remember reading about a set of 36 behind the scene photos.

'Know where I ran into hundreds of back issue Fangorias for sale? It was at the Monster Mania convention last year. If you ever go to one of those things, or even another type of convention for that matter, you're likely to come across a wide selection. The H3 #22 issue was like the first one I saw. $14.95, not bad.

That is awesome! I have been dying to go to a convention not only for the cool stuff and celebrities, but to meet the fans. I just hope it happens someday. Anyone know where to get lobby cards for the original Dawn of the Dead? I would greatly appreciate any info. Also, does anyone know a person who actually got a hold of the disfigured Dawn figures from Japan (Airport zombie, Blades, Machete zombie)? They are weird but I like them a lot. I know I will sadly never find one for myself but was just curious to see if anyone has them?

You can get the h3 witch at walmart for 4.99. Paper Magic joined forces with don post and I guess they still had the mold. It's crappy latex and is painted grey with a new scarf. Not nearly as good as the original but u could save big time!

When the heck did this happen? You never told me that before...and I'm kind of surprised they're available at Walmart?!, even though one may not consider it an actual "H3" mask. I've yet to find H1 Extended on DVD as brand new. Most of the one's I've seen on eBay as of late are used copies.

As Taft says...the Extended VHS can be found on eBay quite often, with the best deal going for around $7 shipped--brand new.

I always hoped that Anchor Bay would've produced a Promotional poster with the "Extended" cover art. That would make one striking HalloweeN poster--promotional OR mass marketed.

I have the Extended on VHS and DVD, but I got them used. The latter's case isn't in the greatest of condition, so it would be nice to grab a copy. Also, mine doesn't have a menu sheet or anything. Is there one in anybody else's?

Now if you want to talk rare, its film cell edition is quite hard to come by. It's the most elusive H1 DVD of all - even more than the '97 barebones and Limited Edition. They rarely make an appearence ob Ebay, but when they do, they attract a lot of bids. I'd really like to have one.
