Vincent Drug Store memorabilia.

This place seems to be closing or something. I am going to try and get some of the stuff shown in the Halloween movies. Anyone interested? I can try and buy a bunch of stuff, then you all can pay to have it shipped. I wouldn't mind being reimbursed for the item expense either. I am not out to make a profit. Just a way to keep this stuff from vanishing without a trace. Post a screen capture if you want me to try from something specific. Or, describe it in great detail. Many of the things are still very much the same as the movie shows. Not all though.

Actually come to think of it what items are there that were in H4 that are still there?

It is very close to the original. Lots of the stands and displays are the same. Some of the signs are there. They have some "Vincent Parking Only" signs that would be cool. Maybe I will run off some video with my cheap-o digital camera.

Yes indeed. That idea did run through my head. A couple of tools and some bolt cutters. I do have a truck. But, I am a good monkey and so I had to let the idea go!

I went to a Christmas party with my wife and drove by Vincent's tonight. It was very foggy and creepy out. There was one light on in the back. The atmosphere was awesome.

There are some signs inside that are nice so I will try and get some shots soon.

I saw at least three parking signs. Smaller...about 10x14".

I am going to do everything in my power. It may take some time though. I do not want to creep the guy out. This stuff is pretty valuable to him in a sentimental way.

That sucks that it's closing...I'd love to make a trip out there to see all thsoe locations. That's Salt Lake City, right?

Retail Pharmacy Action: Respondents' retail pharmacy was found to have the following violations

VINCENT, *******in a June 2003 inspection: (1) outdated medications on the dispensing Pharmacist shelves; (2) the pharmacy was not well lighted and in need of general
Midvale, Utah maintenance and cleaning; (3) required controlled substance records and reports were not current; and (4) there was not sufficient quantity and quality of drugs to meet the scope of practice in a manner consistent with the public health, safety and welfare.

Order: Respondents will voluntarily close the retail pharmacy on or before September 30, 2003 and voluntarily surrender its licenses. Respondent ****Vincent's licenses to practice as a pharmacist and to dispense controlled substances were revoked with a stay of enforcement on the revocation. Said licenses are placed on probation for two years with conditions and restrictions. Respondent was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine of which $1,000 is suspended upon the successful completion of probation.

I guess so. I have been in there a few times. I never paid attention to the drugs. I guess maybe he shut that part down.

I'm Deffinately interested. I almost made the same thing last year, never wen through with it.

I am a graphic designer. Shirt have to be done in bulk. Usually around 10 or more to make it cost effective. You can get them for around $8-9 a piece. I have done rugbee shirts and others. Black shirts are better. They sell better.

There is a risk of copyright problems. He owns that trademark. But, I really doubt he will sue unless we start selling in bulk. I have not been able to get ahold of him yet.

If we can get ten people we can do it. I can design it and even have them run at a screen printing place.

not much you can do if he doesnt return calls. wish we could change it enough to not worry about getting all the rights and whatever else is needed to make some of them shirs. that would be a neat lil concept to do and have.

ill try and ask a few of the ones around my area who screen print and see what they say as far as having to get anything to do the shirts. i doubt it can be much of a hastle or much legal crap but certainly would be nice to do.
