OMG!!! SOOOO Cute!!!

Damn it - we just got a kitten he's probably a lil bigger then my hand - he has no tail - hes very fat and fluffy, grey with tiger stripes. His name is Leroy and I have to find my web cam so I can show you all just how cute he is! :D

Heres another one of all 3 of my evil cats... on the left is Lestat, middle is Buffy and the one on the right is Ares. And yes - Ares is a big tubby (26lbs) and Buffy is only 6lbs... Lestat is normal size 15lbs. I feed the birds and the squirrels outside and they sit and watch all the time...

oh does feeding squirrels and birds count? This is what my kitties look at every day. I have about 50 birds a day and 7 grey squirrels and 4 red squirrels... the birds fly away when I try and take pics but the squirrels stay.

:) reminds me of my cat Zachary and his brother Benjamin (who passed away) - they would both crawl on top of the highest cabinet in the kitchen, and watch the birds eat their food in the backyard, concealing themselves from being seen. They looked so funny doing it, because the birds would excite them - and the way they tried to hide themselves was just hilarious. Zachary still does it from time to time. Sabrina, who is too large to crawl up that high, observes the birds from a stool on the floor.

Buffy, you have a ton of birds and squirrels come by every day, wow! The cats must go crazy. We usually just get a handful in the backyard, but then again, we live in the city.

Okay, I love this thread, I love animals and I love taking pictures of my kitties. He is a good one of Lestat, he isn't very photogenic, he never stays still. But he was very happy Christmas morning to get a scratch pad.

:D :D Those pictures made me laugh, that's how cute they are. I love the way cats curl up on the couch or a chair like Gary is in the first picture. And look how adorable the other two are as well! Chubby kitty cats always make me smile because they are great to hug or to rub their belly. The last one looks like she's having a ball with that little toy! I hope you and your girlfriend are giving them a lot of love. :)

Its the worst... I lost my kitty a few years ago. She (Robin) and Lestat were babies together. She had kidney failure and a stroke when she was five and Lestat was crushed. Then I got Ares and they were very friendly. I think Lestat so missed Robin and attached himself to Ares. But then they had a falling out and Ares went crazy (went on paxil) so my vet thought if I got a kitten maybe things would be better and Buffy's brought them back together, not 100% but there is much more peace and sanity in the house. But no matter what Robin is still so missed.

I dug out some old cat pictures from around 1996-1997 to show you guys. Each seems to be cuter than the one before it.

Here's Zachary and his brother/best pal Benjamin under the covers one cold night. They were inseparable...Ben unfortunately passed away in 2002. Behind them is Susan (born 1979), who unlike Benjamin, was rather shy and kept to herself. I always said that if Benjamin were a person, he'd be very sociable :) Zachary falls in the middle.

This is Amanda, who was even MORE shy than Susan. When company came over she hid underneath the bed until they left. She hated loud noises too. Very quiet and personible. Susan again is behind on top of the couch, her favorite spot to hang out.

My old kitty (16) and our new kitty (16 months) don't get along. My buffy is a total bitch to the little guy. But what we are finding most amusing is that the black male is sleeping on my wifes pillow just like my old buffy does with me. as long as we are not sleeping at the same time, and since we work different shiftsm that does not happen very often.
