Since Sept I have been putting together a website for my feature length fan film. That I made this year in britian on a mini dvd camera and edited with widows moie marker. Now fianlly after 11 months of effort it is finally online! I want every single fan on the board to see it! I want to here opinons, reviews etc. I like you all to sign the guest book aswell. I want to hear from other fans who have made movies. Don't disapiont me guys. I spent seven months filming this thing and other four trying to keep it locked away because I know what was in that boys eyes was purley and simply ... EVIL!

Also on the site is info on other fan films in the making, an other shorter version of the film (Halloween 9 The Escape of Michael Myers). its trailer and the films original conception Halloween Evil Night(Halloween at Xmas) aslo a trailer.

I've seen some and it looks pretty good. Even though that shaky camera could be annoying.

Well looks like absolutely no one cares about my fan film.

Why is it whenever I post something I think people will like no one replies?

I only spent seven months making the only full length Halloween fan film in exsistance and definatley the only one made in the UK! What with no Halloween 9 this year I though you would all be hungry for some Michael action but your not.

PROVE ME WRONG!

From what I've seen this is pretty well done and entertaining. Unfortunately I don't have the time right now to watch a full-length fan film. If you could upload the trailer to the same space you uploaded the full-length bits, I'd like to take a look at that.

Also, unfortunately due to the quality of the audio I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the audio. But the acting, from all indications is actually pretty awesome for a fan production.

Well thank you. I could possibly send you a DVD of the film. If you check back at the site the trailer is uploaded now as is serveral old versions of the film. You should just download a part at a time. Im not to sure about the audio problem though.

What have you seen specifically?

Thanx for the reply!

I've only watched through the first part, but the editing is fairly tight and the acting seems good, I just wish I could hear what they're saying better. It's partly an issue of the accent, but I won't fault you for working with what you've got; I don't expect you to all adopt american accents just for the sake of 'realism.'

Thanx plus it was filmed in a costal city so imagine the problem with it not looking like Haddonfield. You have to see more the Michael moments are great.

I watched the whole thing.

Sure, itīs funny to see the typical british flats and cars in a movie that is supposed to take place in Illinois, but I can live with that!
I also had some problems understanding whatīs going on in the movie beacuse of the accents. Picture-quality could have been better but thatīs acceptable considering the size of the files and the movie. That way more people are able to see it.
I like the improvisated accidrent with the ambulance. Did yxou wait with a camera in front of the hospital until an ambulance had to drive to an accident in order to film that?
I liked what you did with the Myers-mask. Don Postīs "The mask" normaly isnīt very impressive, but your modifiations improved it and made it similiar to the H4 mask.
Even though you had no sfx (fake blood etc) you managed to how some good kills ( I liked the "Head repeatedly smashed against wall" kill best) .
You managed to show some good stalking sequences, but I also hae a problem with that: Some of those scenes are far too long. Characters walk around townb(wood/or the house and nothing happens. That got a bit boring after a while.
I canīt tell much about the story since I could understand a word the characters were saying (see above) and I also had no clue who those guys were who hunted Myers at the end of the movie.

In conclusion: I have to give out a big "thank you" to fanfilmers like you, who go through the trouble of shooting such a thing and put it on the internet for free. I wonīt stress the negative aspects I had with the movie (accents and too long stalking sequences) since I am unable to make my own movie to compete with that.

The guys who hunt Myers at the end are 1st the detectives from the begining who find the body in the cemtary and the guy who kills him is his doctor. Doctor Jackson.

I understand your problem with the long scenes, something I hope to improve upon in future efforts. Check back at the site for news on a TV series.

Understand this film had no script and a weak story lol!

I mean the main girl is suposed to be Sara Moyer's sister!

Thanx for your comments on the mask and the deaths, what did you think of Michael overall? Bare in mind four people played him and I was the head smacking death you liked so much!

Also what did you think of my use of the music considering it uses music from nearly all 8 Halloween films.

As for the abulence, my co directer got the shots of the hospital and abumlence leaving, he waited 2 hours and the shot of it going over the bridge was pure luck after 4 months of shooting I saw one waiting at the lights near work so I jumed out ran up the bridge and filmed it, I was so excited to actually get the shot considering I had seen ambulences going over the bridge so many times and missed it!

watched a couple minutes of the first part, I can't hear what people are saying. also, the server you're using is sooooo slow, it's taking like 4-5 minutes to load a page, and i have a 3mb/s connection.

O.K. for a fan film it was o.k.sound was bad, scenes were to long, and it's almost 45min's or so before the first kill. One plus is you had a drive to finish this film and so few can say that, would I want to sit in a theater to see it,no.But if I was at a party I'd sit and watch, like I did tonight.Keep working you can only get better. In the 70's slow paced films was the way to do it,but now adays you have to pick up the tempo,if you dont catch a viewers attention in the first 10 to 15 min, chances are good you will loose their attention. Nail em let em catch their breath get a little comfortable and move in for the kill! best of luck to you.

I only saw the first part... I have dial-up and it took an hour to download but I'll def. comment on the whole movie once I'm done downloading the remaining parts. Thank you for the time and effort you put into making this fan movie.

I loved the opening sequence of the children singing. I love cemeteries so I obviously loved the cemetery scene. The accent didn't bother me, though there were some parts where I had trouble understanding what the characters were saying. The scene of Michael stealing the mask in the store was cool. Micheal's a badass. ;) Slow paced movie but I guess I AM into those 70s slashers...

pretty decent film.. yeah sometimes i could barely tell what they were saying..but I had the same problem with Shaun of the Dead and that was still a fun film.
