My brother sent me this. There are 2 pitcures. One has 4 things that are different from the other picture. I have found 3 of the 4, but I can't seem to find the 4th difference. Can anyone help me out?

Two pictures on the screen of a scenic background. You stare at it for about 10-15 seconds and then a woman or something (think demonic looking) pops out and does the whole hoopla and blah! So, my advice, watch it from 10 feet away with shades on. :)
