I liked them a lot, possibly the two most normal and likeable characters out of the movie.

I liked them both. I wish I had them for parents.

They weren't as over the top as most of the other characters, which made them much more likeable.

One of my favorite shots in the movie is when the camera pans the carnage of Laurie's dead parents...and that silly ass answering machine message is playing.

God, I LOVE them!! The BEST characters in the whole movie, the diamonds in the rough, with Laurie right in between them:bow: In my eyes, it was just a whole big annoying gross mess until those three showed up, and soon we were just left with one who had to wade through the last of the swamp until she could have her time...for about five minutes until the credits...

Loved them both, they were believable as being the complete opposites of what Ronnie & Deborah were in the beginning of the movie. Plus, their characters were more fleshed out than in any of the other movies.

It was nice to see Laurie's home life a little more in the remake. Especially the parents.
