Wow, it's been a long while. And I think I'll finally
let you all in on the dirt details of production.
We just re-started production completely, and
the new script is in works (about 80% done)
Casting is already finished, and the score is being
produced as the script is finished. With luck,
we may actually have the site up for it within a week,
and no, it's not some freewebs site. It will in fact be a
.net or a .com site. So stay tuned, We're pulling all the stops
out on this.

P.S. The first version of the film was completed (SHH)
However, it is quite embarrasing and I doubt it will ever
see the light of the internet.

Hey, I remember the official website covering the information on this film, but then one day it gave a message stating the bandwidth had been exceeded - it was on the official links page at the official Halloween site as well.

At least, if this is the same project...
It carries the same name and if I remember correctly you made your own custom music tracks...

So are you planning on making a new website? Because I always loved to check out the progress.

I'm very surprised that some new info has spread about this long awaited project.

EDIT: Well, I just noticed a couple of posts clarifying that this is INDEED the same project as I had thought - and I'm glad you'll be getting a new site.

We begin shooting next week, when most of my cast returns
from their vacations.

it wasnt intended to be interpreted as 10. its just simply X. and there are 2 sequels planned i believe. Zack and I came up with a name and story for the second one already. It is Halloween X-2: Terror Resurfaces So to answer your question, its just a mis-interpretation. We did not want to create a Halloween 9, because it doesnt follow the storyline of 7 or 8. and Halloween 9 is supposedly going to be a sequel to both those. Our movie is a spin-off of Steven Myers, Michael's baby from Halloween 6.

Zack and I are taking a web creations class at our high school here in michigan. so we're still learning stuff. we're only in 9th grade haha. site will be up soon though in fact Zack has already started work on it. thanks! this is zack by the way, and Travis and I promise you we will be shooting the movie soon. right now i'm writing the script, and we're just waiting for it to become a bit warmer here in michigan because even though it's officially spring here, we're still having winter temperatures. things should clear up soon though, so stay tuned, and thanks for all your support!

hey all, i just wanted to let you know that we have in fact started shooting finally, and a new trailer will be up very soon on YouTube, the name of the film is being changed to Halloween: The Son of Michael Myers. What saddens me tho is that there are other ppl using the idea of stephen myers for their fan films, oh well, we did it first, and we were on the halloween website for a short stint (til the site crashed lol). We wont disappoint you.

to clear that up this isnt gonna be a freddy vs. jason kinda thing, in fact steven myers is the target but there will be somewhat of a showdown but nothing extravagant. also about 5 minutes of the film will be available on YouTube very soon.
