I didn't see anyone dressed up as Michael but I went to the early showing of it. Did you or anyone goes as Michael? Did the legion of Michael actually form?

Someone came in with a Michael Myer's Don Post mask. He actually scared my date...who was late!

I'll tell you what. If there's a Freddy vs Jason II i'm wearing my Myers costume!

Nobody dressed up when I went. Also no shirts or anything like that. Just a bunch of kids at the movies.

Actually yes, the third (and final) time that I saw it somebody did dress up like Michael Myers. He wore some shitty gray Dickies and what looked like the H:R mask. He also tried to frighten people by running (yes running) up to them and stabbing at them with a fake knife. He stopped when he got to me and instead of flinching as he had gotten others to do I took his little toy knife away and told him he would get it back when he perfected his characterization. Made me laugh...him not so much

Unfortunately, no... and I went on opening day and everything. Seeing as there were only 7 people in the theater when I saw it, I guess seing Michael would be kind-of a long shot. Oh well, maties. :yar:

The only time I ever saw anyone dress as Michael was when I went with my mom to see Halloween 5. At the end of the movie they had someone to run into the theater as Michael. I later found out that that person was my uncle.

I didn't see anyone dressed as Michael any of the times I saw it. I did, however, see someone wearing a Halloween t-shirt.

I chickened out and wore my OHMB shirt to the first viewing. Now if there was a midnight viewing at the theatre I wanted to go to, I may have dressed up along with a friend. When I went, I never saw anyone dressed and I didn't hear about anyone else dressing up around here either. That's too bad because I'm sure it was a lot of fun in some towns that participated.

i did it, and i am not stating that i will never go to another 7 pm showing of a movie again ever, i wanted to go early because i knew there would be a ton of kids there that i can get an easy scare out of. THE WHOLE MOVIE THESE KIDS WERE TALKING. not just one group of kids, im talking the whole theater, it ruined the whole movie...but i got themallll back! I did it at randall 15 in batavia (movie theater) if anyone is by there...anyways, i didnt wear it all in, i had my girlfriend put the mask in her purse, and near the end i put it on, stood up and creeped around the theater walking up to chattering kids then scare the shit out of them...as the credits came i walked out of the theater where there was a line of people waiting to get in, and right when i walked out the screams started happening, people lost it haha...and then everyone in the movie lobby cleared a path for me and stared

I did!!!! I posted this on another thread, so apologies to all those who've already seen this:

Well, I went to the 10:45 PM showing on opening night, at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema here in Houston. I met up with a group of friends, who are also fans. The folks at the Alamo were not only accomodating to having this nutjob in their theater terrorizing their patrons, they actually encouraged it! Two of the waitresses actually escorted me into an earlier showing so I could scare the piss out of the audience!! I've had bad experiences in the past with dressing up for horror flicks, so the way the Alamo folks embraced me was quite refreshing. (Yes, I know the knife in the pics looks majorly fake, but I knew that anything remotely realistic looking wouldn't be cool. They were incredibly accomodating to me, and I was respectful of their rules).

The audience was pretty receptive (and the theater was probably at 95% capacity!). The Drafthouse ran several of the DVD documentaries before the movie, and also threw in classic trailers like the Carpenter version, as well as the original Texas Chainsaw and House of 1000 Corpses. All in all, they seemed to have fun!

There was a theater worker outside of the theater showing Halloween that was dressed up in a Myers costume. I also saw a few people in Halloween shirts.

No one dressed up when I went to the movies. I heard some heaving breathing coming from the left hand corner behind me, but I don't think it was from anyone in a mask...:quagmire:

One guy came dressed up. He had the new rotting/cracked version of the mask from The Prop Shop, very accurate.

His friend had a RZ Halloween T-Shirt on. Pretty cool.

I want an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in my town, sounds like a cool place to catch a movie. Someone did dress up as Michael at the Saturday screening, opening weekend, at the local theaters here. He was pretty tall and had on the Resurrection mask. Something seemed off with the coveralls he was wearing but everyone seemed to get a kick out of it. He scared a few people while others were acting scared just for the attention.

I work part-time at a VUE Cinema in the UK, while studying Film and Writing at University. I'm dressing up as Michael Myers tomorrow as it's the release day in the UK.

Gee I saw no one dressed up; I went to the midnite showing. I wore my H6 Myers t-shirt, but didn't really see anyone else like that. But then again, the film was shown on two screens so maybe there were some in the next screenings.

That was me, and I'm sorry about the mask - but, Party Mania is rubbish and it was the only thing I could find on facebook! I was very dissapointed in the admits, but atleast we put it in the big screen. I think we've had 50 people a day for Halloween, compared to 150 for Run, Fat Boy and Attonement.
