Who has seen this Bruno Mattei cheese fest?

The plot is a total rip off of Dawn Of The Dead, but if you don't take it seriously, you will have a great time!

It has zombies, gore, boobs and even pointless stock footage thrown in to pad the running time.

You have got to see this movie.

It is the ultimate pointless gore flick.

I'll have to pick it up, thanks for the recommend.

Anyway, I saw this movie several months ago I think. I don't remember much about it. I did think it was kind of fun though...Hell I may even own this film actually!

I'm nearly positive I have it on some sort of compilation that I got as a gift, the kind you never really pay any attention to. I'll have to check.

Hey Jer. I didn't take it seriously, and still didn't have a great time :).

I like this but could have done without all the stock footage. One of these days I'll manage to figure out why one of the soldiers puts on a tutu and starts dancing around.

Lol...don't think too hard about that one considering the rest of the movie. Haha...just kidding, to each their own. I just really did not like this at all, even though I'm all about cheese.

Hey Jer. I didn't take it seriously, and still didn't have a great time :).

This is one instance where I leave my brain at the door.

I know that from a serious standpoint, it is a rather bad movie.

Now everyone dance around in a tutu!:yar:

Hahaha! Although I'd take it over Day of the Dead remake.

I like how the score was just a compilation of stolen Goblin songs. Goblin's simply amazing, so I didn't mind the score, but it's pretty ridiculous how they're all just stolen from other movies. Not the least of which is Dawn of the Dead; really helps separate itself from the competition, don'tcha think?

Fun cheesy movie. I don't know what it is about them, but these old Italian flicks I can almost always enjoy regardless of how shitty they really are. The few gore scenes are unlike anything else (esp. in this day and age) and make it worth it.

Oh! I just remembered my favorite line from this movie. A journalist outside the building in the beginning asks some official, "So what are we dealing with: Iranians, Palestinians, or some new kind of terrorist?"

Another good one is the sole quote on IMDb:
Vincent: "Patience is the chief virtue for those who have faith. Mahatma Gandhi, New Delhi, 1946."
Lt. Mike London: "Up your ass. Lieutenant Mike London, Shit Creek, the year is now."

Lol, those are amusing quotes, I must admit.

I wish I could say I had fun with this one, honesty, because hokey movies, be they zombies or not, usually are my forte, but in all honesty, I did watch this one in the wee hours when I wasn't in a amusement-based mood. Perhaps again someday :)

I think in the special features for this disc, Bruno Mattei says he never watched the final version of the film or something along those lines. I know for a fact he says that he would redo or change every movie he made if he had that chance.

Twisted Sister

I can see why ;)
In all honesty, I'll watch it again sometime, maybe not in the middle of the night next time, to see if there is anything at all worth salvaging for me.

This one is pretty crappy yet enjoyable. I had been wanting to see it for years when I finally picked up the double feature DVD containing it & Rats. I thought it was fun overall with some decent gore effects. Some of the soundtrack sounded awfully familiar....haha.
